"Privacy seems fine, but I wish it was clearer"
I used budgetblinds.com to look through options and get some booking info. The site itself worked well, but the privacy and cookie stuff left me a little unsure. There were popups about cookies and tracking, and I couldn’t really tell what was required and what was just optional. I don’t have any real proof that anything sketchy was going on, and it didn’t feel shady exactly, but it could definitely be explained better. It would help if the privacy settings were easier to find and understand

I was nervous the blinds were going to be too much to pay for all at once, and I kind of blame myself for overthinking it before even asking. Budget Blinds had financing options that made everything feel a lot more manageable. The payment part was simple, and they walked me through it without being pushy at all. I got the blinds I wanted without stressing over the full cost upfront, so I’m really happy with how it all worked out...

The blinds turned out really nice, and the installation went smoothly and all that. The sales guy was friendly enough, but he kept pushing this upgrade and that extra option, which got a little annoying after a while. Overall I’m happy with how everything looks, I just wish that part felt less like a constant upsell...

I got these mostly because my room turns into a full-on spotlight in the morning, they do a solid job. It’s not like cave-level darkness, which I guess would be weird anyway, but it’s definitely dark enough for sleeping in. The only thing I noticed is a little glow around the edges, kind of like when a door isn’t fully shut and you can see the hallway light. Not a dealbreaker for me, just something I noticed while lying there half-awake overthinking my day.

The blinds themselves look good, so I’m happy with that part. But the smart home setup was a pain. I tried getting them connected to Alexa and it took way longer than it should have. Actually, let me put it this way, it wasn’t just slow, it was frustrating. Even now, the connection still drops sometimes. Support did try to help, but the advice felt basic. I really expected the whole thing to be smoother.

The blinds came out okay in the end, but like I said, getting clear answers was kind of a hassle. I had to follow up a few times, and the details seemed to keep changing. Like I said, not the worst experience, but definitely frustrating

"Happy with it overall"
Had a small issue after install, which was annoying at first, but support sorted the warranty quickly. I didn’t really have to chase them much, which I appreciated. Weirdly, I remember noticing the tiny screw I dropped under the cabinet more than the actual problem. Overall, happy with how it all turned out.

"Almost Right, But Still Frustrating"
The blinds showed up close to what I ordered, but one of the sizes was off a bit. Not the end of the world, I guess, but it’s still annoying when you measure and order carefully and then it doesn’t come exactly right.

I’ve used Budget Blinds in two different towns now, and both experiences were easy. The local teams were friendly, measurements came out right, install happened when they said it would, no weird surprises or anything. Kinda nice to see the service feels consistent even with different franchise owners

"Nice blinds, just wish they was cheaper"
I got these blinds and they looks good once they were up. They block the light fine and the material feel decent, so I’m happy with that part. My only issue is the price, because for what they are, I thought they should’ve been a bit cheaper. Overall they are good, but I wouldn’t say they was a bargain.

"Pretty happy with the motorized blinds"
I wasn’t totally sure how much we’d use the motorized blinds, but they’ve been great so far. The remote is really simple, and my kids somehow figured it out almost right away. Overall, I’m happy with them.

I was kind of confused at first because there were so many styles and colors to choose from. It took me a while to figure out what I actually wanted, but I guess that’s a good problem to have compared to not having enough options. A few of the samples looked a little different once I had them in my room’s lighting, which threw me off a bit, but overall I’m happy with the selection.

"Decent install, just a little rushed"
The installer showed up on time and was polite, so that part was good. He seemed like he knew what he was doing and got the blinds up without making much of a mess. I just felt like the whole thing was a bit rushed. One of the blinds wasn’t lining up quite right, and I had to point it out before he fixed it. Not a huge deal, but still kind of something you notice. Overall, it was fine, just not super professional from start to finish. Decent job, but I just expected a little more attention to detail

I got these cordless blinds for my kids’ rooms because they were advertised like everything would be super straightforward and child-safe. They do feel safer than the old corded ones, so I’m happy about that, but the info made it sound like the child lock features would be clearly explained. The installer barely went over it, and I had to figure out some of it myself. Overall they’re fine, but I wish the wording had been more honest and clear about what was actually included.

"Helpful consult, just waiting on the quote"
Had the design consult last week and overall it was fine. The person who came out was really nice and brought a bunch of samples, which made it easier to picture what we might go with. They measured the windows and explained most of the options clearly. The only thing was it felt a bit rushed, and I had to ask about the pricing twice before I really got an answer on that part. Still waiting on the final quote, so I guess we’ll see how it turns out. Not bad, just kind of okay for now.

"Decent blinds, but the fit was frustrating"
The blinds look okay overall, but two of them were cut a little short even though they had already come out to measure, which felt unnecessary. The fit ended up being annoying, and getting help from support took longer than I expected.

"Ordering Took More Effort Than I Thought"
I figured ordering blinds online would be one of those quick things I could knock out while drinking coffee on a Tuesday morning, but the Budget Blinds process felt a little clunkier than I expected. I entered my info, waited for someone to follow up, and at a couple points I wasn’t totally sure what was supposed to happen next.
The website itself looks fine, and nothing was totally broken or anything, but the actual ordering part didn’t feel as smooth or fast as I hoped. Maybe other people have a better rhythm with it, but for me it ended up being more back-and-forth than I wanted, especially for something I thought would take maybe 10 minutes.

"I got blinds from Budget Blinds hoping..."
I got blinds from Budget Blinds hoping they’d help a little with the energy bills — wishful thinking, maybe. They look decent enough, no real complaints there, but I haven’t noticed much of a difference in the rooms. It still gets hot in the afternoon, and at night you can still feel the cold near the windows, which kind of defeats the purpose. Maybe I picked the wrong material or didn’t ask the right questions, but for the price, I expected them to help more with insulation.
